Order Status
How can I print a copy of my invoice/receipt?
  You can print a copy of your invoice/receipt when logged into your account by clicking "My Account" at the top right of this website. Under the "My Orders" section, click "Print invoices". Once you find your order, click "View or Change Order" to view the order. Now click "Print an Invoice".
Can I edit an order that I have recently placed?
  You can edit a recently placed order if it has not been locked yet by clicking "My Account" at the top right of this website. Under the "My Orders" section, click "Change quantities / cancel orders". Once you find your order, click "View or Change Order" to view the order. If the order has not been locked, you will be able to edit aspects of the order.

If you order has been locked, and you are unable to edit the order, please call 888-851-2055 or email CustomerService@FundamentalEarth.com. If we have not processed your order yet, we will make the necessary changes for you.
Has my order shipped?
  When your order ships, you will receive and email shipping confirmation. If you have not received an email shipping confirmation, it may have been placed in your spam folder or blocked by your email server. To verify whether an order has shipped, click "My Account" at the top right of this website. Under the "My Orders" section, click "Review orders / track packages". Once you find your order, click "View or Change Order" to view the order. The order status is located at the top of the order.
How do I track my order?
  If you would like to track your order, click "My Account" at the top right of this website. Under the "My Orders" section, click "Review orders / track packages". Once you find your order, click "View or Change Order" to view the order. The tracking number is located at the top of the order. Click the tracking number to track your package.
Why is my order not showing up in My Account?
  In order for an order to show up in the "My Account" section, the order must have been placed while logged into the same account you are logged into while trying to view the order. If the order is not appearing in your order history, either the order did not go through, or it was not placed while logged into your account.
