|Do you ship to my country?|
|The quickest way to determine if we ship to your country is to add a product to your cart. On the "View Cart" page, click "Click to Enter Address". If your country is listed in the country drop-down menu, then we do ship to your country. If it is not listed, then we do not ship to your country at this time.|
|What is the cost of international shipping?|
|International shipping is based on weight and destination. Add the products you wish to purchase to your cart. Then, on the "View Cart" page, enter your address and click recalculate to see a list of real time shipping rates.
Note: Customs taxes are not include in these shipping rates. Taxes are due upon receipt of the package.
Note: International orders may take up to 3 business days to ship while we verify payment and address information, as well as special customs restrictions.
|When do I pay customs charges?|
|Customs duties are not include in shipping charges. Taxes are due upon receipt of the package.
Based on rules arranged between certain countries and the USA, certain items in a range of value may be exempt from import taxes if shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). For smaller, retail purchases, choosing a USPS shipping option may help keep taxes minimal.
If you refuse to pay taxes, or refuse delivery, and the package is returned to us, you are held liable for any fees charged to us, including all taxes and return shipping cost.
|What payment methods do you accept?|
|We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Check, Money Order, PayPal, and Google Checkout. All of these payment choices are available during checkout while placing an order online.

|What is the international return policy?|
For retail customers, you may return unopened products within 60 days of purchase. If the product is opened, you may return one opened product per product code within 30 days of purchase. For example, if you buy 3 bottles of product code XXX, 1 open bottle can be returned and the rest must be unopened.
For all retail product returns, 100% of the product price will be refunded. Shipping charges are not refunded, and customer must pay return shipping.
Wholesale & Distributor Customers
For wholesale and distributor customers, unopened products can be returned within 120 days of purchase. Opened product returns are taken on a case by case basis.
For all wholesale & distributor product returns, there is a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refunded, and customer must pay return shipping.
How to Return a Product
If you wish to return a product, you must call 888-851-2055 or email CustomerService@FundamentalEarth.com to receive an RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization). Once you have received your RMA Number, please mail the product and RMA Number to:
